The home is located in the middle of Dallas by Greenville Ave, Highland Park, and Lakewood. This oasis has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, a large living room, and dinning room for family fun. The salt water pool is perfect to spend the day in and not be concerned about the Texas heat. Every bedroom has a TV, and powerful internet will ensure that your devices will keep the young ones entertained, and the hardworkers productive. The space A stand alone home with a private backyard that is NOT shared with any. You are close to Lakewood, Highland Park, SMU, Greenville Ave and major highways like Central Expressway that gets you to downtown Dallas in 6 minutes or to Plano in 12. Please note there is no video or audio monitoring inside the residence. Video/Audio is used outdoor on all sides of residence for the protection of the owner/guest. Other things to note • Exterior security cameras for guest safety. For our extended stays - We require access to the home every 7-10 days for a standard cleaning. This helps maintain the level of cleanliness we strive to achieve, as well, helps us maintain the integrity of the furniture and amenities. We will access the backyard everyday from 8:00AM-10:00AM if this doesnt work for you, please let us know so we can make a schedule that works for you. We do this to check the pool levels and make sure they chemicals remain balanced during your stay. This way, you are able to enjoy the pool the entirety of your stay Note: This is a heated pool, not a hot tub. We can guarantee that the pool can be heated to 15 degrees higher than the coldest period in a 24 hour window, not to exceed 84 degrees. The pool temperature can vary from 40 degrees in a single window, which is why the thermal pool covers are on the pool to keep the heat from evaporating. We are able to guarantee a pool temperature, but it take 36 hours notice, and costs an extra $60 a night for the duration of your stay since we cannot turn the heater off to maintain an elevated tempreture.
