Peaceful 30 amp RV site, concrete pad, with fresh water hookup. Conveniently located near the loop. Shopping and dining nearby in Athens. A short drive will get you to Athens Botanical Arboretum, plentiful activities in Tyler, First Monday Trade Days in Canton, and Splash Kingdom Water Park. Lake Athens, Lake Palestine, Purtis Creek State Park, and Cedar Creek Lake are all within a half hour drive. We look forward to having you stay with us! The space RV/Camper site only, concrete pad with 30 amp service and fresh water hookup. No sewage dump facilities onsite. However, there is a permanent restroom near the camping site. Guest access There are 12 acres with several campsites, our home is also located on the property. Guests are welcome to walk the property with exception to a few areas which are marked.
