SWIMMING POOL CLOSED UNTIL FEB The space The swimming pool is closed for carnival and on Mondays. The condominium pool is closed during Carnival. Departures and arrivals in the middle of the carnival period and parties are not accepted. Check-in from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Checkout from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The pool is closed during Carnival. Carnival electricity + gas expenses included up to R$500.00; excess will be charged, security deposit paid upon check-in. Guest access There is a parking space (which can be rented as an option). There is a parking space that can be rented separately Guests must provide their full names, identity numbers and dates of birth in advance for building control, as well as the license plate if they want the option. There is no possibility of late check-in or check-out, early morning or before 8:00 a.m. Please check the times stipulated in the ad and chat with us before booking. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Try to find out about the house rules! Other things to note Check in between 4 & 9h30 pm; check out between 8h00 am & 10 am. When possible we can change the schedule but there is no checking ou checkout late in the evening, nights or early mornings. When possible, we accommodate check-in and checkout times a little outside of those provided for in the contract. The times provided for in the contract are: from 4 pm to 9:30 pm for check-in and from 8:00 am to 10:00 am for checkout.
