Little Forest is a self-catering apartment on a residential property in Winchester Hills, nestled in hilly Johannesburg south. Close to Gold Reef City, Apartheid Museum, Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, FNB Stadium and Soweto. Come and enjoy the birds in the little forest that we treasure and enjoy the shade and breeze from the trees. For nature lovers, the Klipriversberg Nature Reserve is a must for those who want to escape the city. See wildebeest and zebra and the eagles soaring above you. The space The unit consists of a lounge with workspace and flatscreen TV (OpenView channels), a bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower, basin and WC. The property has solar panels and inverter so the lights, TV and wifi are always on. Cooking on electric stove is not available during loadshedding. Guest access Guests have access to a paved patio outside their lounge and a thatched lapa to sit or work under. Braaiing and additional guests are not allowed in the lapa. A pool is available for hot summer days. Other things to note Guests will be sharing our private property. We have friendly small dogs and inquisitive cats on the property. The dogs are locked away from guests but cats may pop in for a look at anyone new. Please do not encourage the pets into the unit and do not feed them any food.
