The apartment is located in the "Casa del Parque" building, a special area for being quiet and facing the park, 3 blocks from the famous 83 pedestrian street and just one and a half blocks from the beach. The property has free Wi-Fi, a solarium, and a heated indoor pool for the exclusive use of the building's guests. It has air conditioning and heating for the different stages of the year, as well as a variety of items for the kitchen and bedroom. Guest access You can get to know the building completely with exclusive access to the elevators, solarium and pool. Other things to note The apartment is delivered completely clean and sanitized, with a set of sheets, pillows and towels. In case of breakages or problems, we ask the guest to indicate it instantly so that we can fix it. There is no daily cleaning, but if requested, it can be paid separately, as well as the garage.
