The excellent quality of EVERON provides exceptional comfort. The 5th suite has 2 beds 120cm. All with air conditioning and fans, leaving the choice to the occupants. 2 extra beds can be installed in the suites occupied by the parents, so the house can accommodate a maximum of 12 . All the suites have a bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet. Only the bathroom of the suite with 2 twin beds has a single sink not a double wash basin. There are also separate toilets on each floor. Each suite upstairs opens onto the wooden terraces, and each space in front of can be isolated to become a small private terrace without any vis-à-vis. In the lounge on the first floor are board games, a safe box and a bar area with a kettle and fridge, this indoor lounge is extended by the outside lounge on the beautiful exotic wood terrace. In one of the suites on the ground floor there is a desk, and a second safe box. There is also a work area in one of the suites upstairs, so it's possible to work on the ground floor and also upstairs. The house is equipped with a good internet connection 80 MB, however we cannot guarantee that the wifi will be as fast as desired. To preserve the environment the pool is with salt system. For hot water it's a solar water heater, however in case of bad weather an electric water heater takes over for the comfort of the occupants. The water is purified and completely sanitised by a UV lamp system Washing machine is available in the laundry All areas are at the disposal of the occupants (except the technical rooms entrusted to the staff). Guest access You will be ALONE at home, and all areas are at your disposal (except the technical rooms entrusted to the staff). Other things to note Like at the hotel : During the whole stay, the couple of guards is responsible for the maintenance of the property, the pool, as well as the cleaning. They speak only Khmer, but are always kind and responsive if necessary.
