Guest access Gym extra charges Other things to note PROPERTY RULES: Please consider it as your home. • Electricity charges are extra as per actual consumption. • Free Parking is available. • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. • Sharing of guest’s ID and address proof is must. • Strictly “NO SMOKING”. • Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the property’s premises. • No balloons or sticking of any other thing to walls, ceiling or any other furnishings is allowed. • Loud music not allowed. • Daily cleaning is available at fixed hours at cost of Rs 200. • No breakage / damage to the property. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. • Quiet Hours 11 PM to 7 AM. • Please discuss if any special event is planned. • Barbeque Available on request with additional cost. Bicycle available at additional cost. • Guests and members of his party shall not use/not permitted to get to the property any illegal substances, inflammable liquids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphthalene or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. PROPERTY OCCUPANCY • The property’s rental is strictly for the number of people agreed at the time of booking (Guest limit 4) otherwise we have the right to terminate the reservation without prior notice and without refund or compensation if the number are exceeded. Exceptions to this Terms are made on infants less than 5 years old. • Occupancy and use of the premises will not be such as to disturb or offend neighbours, in which case we reserve the right to terminate the holiday booking immediately, and no refund will be given and no costs in locating alternative accommodation will be paid. COMPLAINTS and MAINTENANCE • We shall make every effort to keep all property’s and their inventories in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, we will strive to resolve the problem as soon as possible after being notified. But it could take time to cure the reported problem. • However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made unforeseen mechanical failures such as supply of electricity, internet service, water, geyser, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the guest’s obligation to report any problems or damage to the property immediately. RATES POLICY • All rates, property and service details are subject to change without prior notice. LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE • Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. The guest has to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. During occupancy, Guest is responsible to lock property’s windows and doors securely at any times when not in the premises, and must exercise care in securing all personal property. • Guests are required to switch off all the A.C.’s, lights and fans before moving out of the property everytime.
