The space Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, toilet, large living room/SAM of more than 50 m2. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet. Outside: 3 terraces including one sheltered, Jacuzzi under arbor, barbecue, petanque field, children's playhouse, swing, trampoline, aviary at the bottom of the garden with chickens and rabbits. 2000 m2 enclosed land with electric gate. House equipment: -Bean coffee maker + kettle -soda stream - oven + microwave - raclette + crepe + fondue machine - toaster - large American fridge with fresh water and freezer -bikes on request and based on availability. - childcare equipment (high chair, baby bed, changing mat, bottle warmer) - ironing board -various board games and children's games The beds will be made upon arrival. The radiator setting should remain as it is, while the fireplace can be used for pleasure or as a booster. The accommodation is smoke-free.
