However, please don't leave your luggage unattended in the lobby or common areas. House Rules: *No Smoking*: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, balconies, and all common areas of the building. *Noise Curfew*: Please be considerate of other guests and residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum in the hallways and common areas between 8 PM and 6 AM. Swimming Pool Rules: 1. *Free for Registered Guests*: The swimming pool is complimentary for registered guests of our property. No additional fees will be charged for pool access. 2. *Registered Guests Only*: The pool is exclusively for the use of registered guests. Visitors or non-registered individuals are not allowed to use the pool under any circumstances. 3. *No Guest Visitors*: Guests of our registered guests are not permitted to use the pool, even with accompaniment. Pool Maintenance Notice Please note that our swimming pool may be closed for maintenance at certain times. Before booking, please ask us if the pool is available during your stay. If it's not available, we apologize in advance. We prioritize guest safety, and access to the pool will not be permitted during maintenance. Parking Information Please note that parking is not included in the booking fee. If you require parking, kindly let us know in advance so we can arrange for a parking spot for you.
