The residence, with a living area of 420 square meters, is accompanied by a large landscaped garden extending over 2400 square meters. The space The space has been carefully decorated, showcasing Moroccan craftsmanship. With 5 suites spread between the ground floor (3 suites) and the first floor (2 suites), each room offers a bed, a private shower room and exclusive bathroom facilities. For entertainment without leaving the villa, you will find a variety of amenities, such as a foosball table, pool table, ping-pong table, home theater, heated swimming pool (heating €50/day) and a hammam for €50. Upstairs, a 250 m2 rooftop awaits you. In the area, you can also enjoy two tennis courts. A catering service is available, with Zineb ready to prepare culinary delights for 50 Euros per service (for up to 10 people, drinks not included), in addition to the cost of groceries to be paid for and carried out. Housekeeping is included in the rate. To ensure the well-being of all, please respect the rules of the villa, including the maximum number of 10 people allowed, the prohibition of drug use, the responsibility to reimburse any broken items, moderate alcohol consumption, and the prohibition of parties.
