Welcome to the Cowgirl/Cowboy Retreat - a luxury Teton Home RV with 3 slide-outs! Nestled only steps from the Saguaro National Park, you will enjoy a quiet escape. The Tucson Mtns greet you to the east as you sip your coffee in the glow of the sunrise and sunsets to the west will take your breath away at the end of the day. You can explore the nearby national park with miles of hiking and riding trails. Although pets are not allowed inside the RV, we can board your horse (addl. charges). The space The Space ✔ Luxury Teton Homes RV with three slide-outs, 2 AC units and central heating. ✔ Breathtaking views of the Tucson Mountains and Saguaro National Park. ✔ 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and full-size bathroom with shower. ✔ Large mirrored closet for plenty of storage space. ✔ High ceiling with plenty of natural-light and a ceiling fan for comfort. ✔ Dining table with 4 chairs. ✔ Washer and Dryer for your convenience. ✔ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. ✔ Front retractable awning with table, two chairs and a firepit. ✔ Spectacular views Our retreat is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Guest access During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the retreat and front yard area. Other things to note ⁕ There is a second RV located on the acre to the north with a permanent resident. ⁕The RV has a beautiful, retractable awning for your use. Please make sure it is stowed away when you are not there and/or if there is any wind at all. ⁕ You will have your own dedicated parking space near the RV with solar lighting to the door. Please remember to keep the outdoor lighting low and only as needed. Tucson is an astronomers mecha and we limit the amount of lighting in the night sky. ⁕ You will need to drive about 50-yards on a dirt road to get to this property. However, the roads are well maintained. ⁕ We have other spots available for additional traveling guests, including RV spots and corrals for horses. Please inquire about these additional charges. ⁕ There are steps with a handrail to enter through front door and you must step up into the bedroom. ⁕ The entrance to the Saguaro National Park is approximately ½ mile to the west or ¾ miles to the east for miles of hiking and riding. ⁕ Downtown Tucson is a scenic 25- minute drive away through the Saguaro National Park or over Gates Pass in the Tucson Mountains. ⁕ A local, historical bar with pool tables and convenience stores are only 1.6 miles away. ⁕ Please shop for food and supplies before arriving to ensure a comfortable stay. The closest full-service grocery store is 8 miles away through the Saguaro National Park. ⁕ Arizona Pavilions with a Harkins Theatres, Walmart, Starbucks, over a dozen restaurants and several shopping options is only 8.7 miles away.
