The apartment accommodates 2 people in the bed and on 1 on the sofa bed (in the case of a family can be even 4 people. In this case, I can provide a chair-bed). The apartment has a level of comfort that you surely I will appreciate: ( 1 ) Vertical bed, what enlarges the inside of the flat, ( 2 ) Big balcony all closed by glass, what enlarges the whole area of the flat Besides, the floor is really high, receives morning sun and has a beautiful view of the area ! ( 3 ) All necessary items for living: bedroom set (Bed sheet, towel) and kitchen set (pot, dishes, cup, glass, cutlery,…). ( 4 ) climate control air, ( 5 ) electronic safe for small values (no extra charge). Guest access + The building has fitness (new equipments with bluetooh and USB entrance), laundry (washing and dryer machine), wireless (only at the lounge, ground floor), car parking and bike sharing. Other things to note Check in / check out: If there a way to flexibilize, it will be done certainly (no extra charge). It’ll be a pleasure to do something to improve your stay. What has to be considered is that the guest who is arriving (check in) has priority over the one who is leaving (check out). Wireless: Only at the lounge, ground floor. Taking the key: + Once you receiving the key of the apartment, it is not necessary to return it to the doorman, whenever going out of the building. Please, stay with it during your whole period. The key just need to be returned to me or to the doorman when leaving the condominium.
