Queen room in Bendigo farm stay

My farm is a 30 acre property just 15 minutes from Bendigo and Maldon. Enjoy a sense of peace and serenity with the surrounding bush and hills, while you are only a stones throw away from all of your favorite amenities in town. Spend time walking the creek, playing with our resident baby animals or patting the horses and sheep. This private bedroom offers sleeping for 2 people (queen bed), perfect for singles or couples. Come and enjoy a piece of paradise. The space This is a private room with queen bed for up to 2 people, massive built in desk space, walk in robe and stunning views of the farm. The room has a floor fan for summer and a portable oil heater and electric blanket for winter. Shared spaces have reverse cycle aircon/heating and a wood fire. You will meet my friendly and well-behaved toy poodle (dog) during your stay. Guest access Guests access the house via the side entrance. You will have access to the shared living areas including full bathroom (shower and bath and separate toilet), kitchen, dining and living area. Guests are free to wander the 30 acre property, walk to the two large dams and down to the creek. Please do not enter sheds or any animal paddocks. Owner will show you around when you arrive so you know where you can go. Please leave all gates how you find them. No guest pets. I have a well trained toy poodle you will meet during your stay. Happy to chat but I generally keep a low profile. Other things to note Additional charges will apply for more than 1 person. This is a working farm. As such, there may be sights, sounds, smells and hazards which you will need to take personal responsibility for your safety around. We will make every endeavor to create a safe and welcoming space but we cannot change nature. Hay is kept on premises, if you are prone to hay fever or asthma please ensure you bring suitable preventative medications. We have free-roaming ducks, guinea fowl and chickens. Occassionally we will let the horses and donkeys free roam to keep the grass down. You will come across animal manure, it is part of our wonderful ecosystem here and helps us to regenerate the soil and grass. In winter it gets cold and in summer it is hot. There are electric blankets on all beds, a reverse cycle heater/aircon in the main living area and extra blankets and fans. If you are severely prone to the cold, please bring additional clothes and blankets to accommodate this. Water pipes become cold over night and can mean the hot water can take a few minutes to come through. The ground is undulating and uneven in places and the terrain changes constantly with the seasons. Equipment and machinery may be used while you are here. Animals may be moved or worked during your stay. You are welcome to ask questions and observe our work.
