Botanica - The perfect weekend away - 3pm checkout

Botanica is a newly renovated three bedroom home that offers charm and luxury right in the heart of Ballarat. Botanica is perfectly located in the centre of Ballarat, nestled between Lake Wendouree and the city centre. It is a short stroll to Ballarat's fantastic bars and restaurants and minutes away from some of the best cafes in Ballarat. Botanica specialises in weekend getaways with an 11am check-in on Fridays and a 3pm checkout on Sunday. Take your time and relax!! The space Sleeping: Botanica has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, WIR and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Relaxing: There are two living areas to relax and unwind. The main open plan living area opens onto the massive outdoor deck and beautiful gardens. The second living area is located at the front of the house and is a cosy area to watch TV or relax and settle in with a good book. Both living areas have smart TV's. Dining: There is a six seater dining table with views out to the garden. Cooking: The kitchen comes complete with Italian appliances and is perfectly equipped to cook up a storm should you choose to dine in. Outdoors: There is a 6 seater outdoor lounge and dining setting so you can make the most of the beautiful private garden. There is a stacked firepit for relaxing outside and toasting a few marshmallows. There is also a vegetable and herb garden and you are welcome to help yourself. Heating: Botanica has central heating to keep you cosy and warm through the Ballarat winter. Parking: There is parking for one car in the driveway. There is also free on street parking and there is usually no problem getting a park right out the front. Guest access Guests access a key lock and let themselves in. The key code will be sent the day prior to your arrival.
