The Margherita accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a typical Ligurian house in the historic center of Loano (central Caruggio), 100 m from the sea and promenade, close to shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Completely renovated with fine finishes, the accommodation has all the comforts and is ideal for short stays of couples or families of up to 3 people. Being located in a historic building, it has a steep access staircase, without an elevator. PRIVATE GARAGE nearby included The space The property is located on the second floor of a period house in the historic center. Access is via a steep staircase, typical of old Ligurian homes, and is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It consists of an entrance to the living room/kitchen, a storage room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a large shower, a double bedroom with a 43" TV, and a small living room/bedroom with a second 32" TV. The living room has a sofa bed with an additional bed. The accommodation is ideal for up to 3 people. Guest access The accommodation is located in the pedestrian area of the very central Via Garibaldi, where there are no free parking spaces. However, guests can have a private GARAGE included in the price of the stay, suitable for small and medium-sized cars (for large cars, contact the host), about 150 meters from the accommodation. Other things to note Accommodation tax to be paid on site in cash, from April 1 to October 31: €1.50 per day, excluding children under 12 years of age, up to 5 days of stay; after 5 days, no accommodation tax is paid.
