The space The annexe is a fully centrally heated small barn conversion, with a full kitchen and bedroom with a queen double. The bed is a bunk style design, with a significant step up, which will not suit those with mobility issues. There is a bathroom with WC and shower. There is a smart TV and washing machine. Storage is provided for bikes and surfboards. There is a small courtyard space with BBQ. Guest access The annexe is a completely separate property, next door to Fern Cottage. There is a small private courtyard with BBQ, surfboard and bike storage. The guest will also have a private parking space. Other things to note The annexe is ideally suited for active people keen to enjoy the area, walking,surfing and cycling are popular pursuits.
