Beautiful 2 bed Duplex with stunning sea views

Hosting on other platforms since 2016 with 5 Star Reviews The duplex apartment is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Villaricos in the Province of Almeria, in south east Andalucia, Spain. Nearest Airports are Almeria, Murcia and Alicante. Golf courses nearby include Marina Golf in Mojacar, Dessert Spring in Palomares and Vale del Este in Vera. Licensed by the Juncta de Andalucia for rental. The space The property measures 93sq metres of living space and is over 2 floors. The kitchen and living/dining room are on the first floor with a large covered terrace off it and the bedrooms (one double and one twin) and bathrooms are on the second floor, also with a terrace off the main bedroom. There is air conditioning, mosquito blinds and large ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms. Also there is a large (50 sq metres) roof top solarium with stunning sea view and has sunbeds, table, chairs and bbq. The property is fully furnished and includes washing machine, dishwasher & microwave and a full supply of all kitchen utensils. Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are supplied. Guest access You will have access to the whole property and the complex itself, which includes a swimming pool and a jacuzzi along with gardens and courtyards. The complex faces a lovely harbour and the property boasts wonderful sea views, especially from the rooftop solarium. Other things to note Villaricos is a wonderful place to unwind. There are bars/restaurants within walking distance and every Sunday morning there is a large market outside the complex selling everything but especially lovely fresh vegetables and fruit. It is also close to the to tourist atrractions of Mojacar, Vera Playa (where there is a wonderful Water Park) and Garrucha. There is much to explore in the area with the dessert landscape, lovely beaches and stunning coastline. Some of Reviews we have received over the years: Rating 5/5 Vacation of 10!!! A wonderful apartment with a lot of charm.. No detail missing, it has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, everything very clean. The community is great as well, super quiet. We hired a car at Almeria airport and the journey to Villaricos took just over 1 hour, which was a straight forward drive. We were so pleased with the accommodation and the Harbour Lights complex. The duplex apartment was fabulous with a balcony off of the living area with a big table and chairs for eating and overlooking the communal pool. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. It was well furnished, with air conditioning and comfortable beds. It also had a balcony off of the master room and an amazing roof terrace which was a big bonus. The roof terrace had fantastic views. The pool was brilliant for our 2 children, as were the beaches. We really enjoyed the rocky beach at the side of the complex, as it was great for snorkelling and hours of entertainment for the children in the big waves on the breezier days. We also liked the long sandy beach at the other end of the village. There were lots of places to eat out and drink in Villaricos, with 2 harbours and a seafront promenade. There is a baker’s and a butcher’s shop in the village to purchase basic provisions but you do need a car to drive to the supermarkets. We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly like to go back to Villaricos. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. 8/1/2018 at 6:14 PM Rating 4/5 Chill out by the sea We thought we were going to an apartment but realised on our first day that we were actually. staying in a beautiful well cared for home.If you had forgotten to bring anything that wasn't a problem as everything no matter how small was at hand. Two spacious balconies overlooking the swimming pool and courtyard set in a quiet gated environment. The roof terrace is enormous, with sun beds a table and chairs all surrounded by beautiful potted plants. The views of the sea and harbour from the roof terrace were awesome.! No banging music or noisy neighbours here just wonderful peace and relaxation in a real spanish resort. There were options to wine and dine in the area but we chose to eat and drink in the square mainly because of the friendly atmosphere. We are so grateful to Siobhan and Ian for welcoming us to use their beautiful home for two weeks.
