Hastings Old Town / West Hill bolt hole for two

Welcome to my home. While I'm away for work or pleasure I rent out my home using Airbnb. I've done this for years and love the variety of people coming to stay in my home. I'm lucky enough to live a few metres away from the stunning view of the West Hill, overlooking the Old Town of Hastings and the seafront. The space A Victorian home on top of the West Hill overlooking the sea. Just 5-10 minute walk and you're down on the High Street or George Street in the Old Town. 15 minute walk and you're enjoying sunrise down at Rock-a-Nore beach for a dip. You can also walk easily from home to the pier and along to St Leonards. A large sunny bedroom at the front of the house with a king-sized bed and goose-down bedding will be yours (the other bedroom is mine that I shall keep locked with all my gubbins in). You'll have full house access - bathroom with roll top bath, separate loo, living room with log burner, dining room, and kitchen. There's also a courtyard garden with a dining table and two deck chairs if the weather is nice - it's quite the sun trap for a morning coffee or afternoon G&T. Guest access The house and courtyard garden is yours to enjoy, just my bedroom will be locked. Other things to note I have a cleaner come weekly, the house should be spotless, but please keep in mind this is my full-time home and not a hotel or holiday let. There may be slight imperfections to be embraced but I guarantee you a homely welcome with logs for the fire and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook including teas, coffee beans, and a drawer full of spices.
