It's a Clam Place, the house is very peaceful in the inside. ✿ LIVING: The compact living room is filled with tiny elements for guests to soak into the space and have a relaxing time and spread good vibes only. The living room has a comfortable couch with 32 inch Smart TV, a dedicated workstation and a perfect cozy corner with a lounge chair for guests to relax with a book. ✿ BEDROOM: The bedroom with light and airy surroundings with a tint of greenary consists of a queen size bed with pocket spring mattress for hotel like comfort. The attached bathroom is provided with all the basic amenities. ✿ KITCHEN: Guest can prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped Kitchen with Double Electric Stove, Fridge, Cooking vessels, Basic cooking items and Dinnerware. ✿ DINING: Perfect date night spot in the dining corner of the living room with ambient light setting for guests to enjoy their home cooked meals. Guest access As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to the whole space and isn't shared with anyone. You can access all parts of the house. The unit is accessible via a shared corridor, and has a private entry. Other things to note Before you reach the house please make sure you make note of the following: ✿ PARKING: Free on Street Parking. Cars and Bikes can be parked outside the premises (in a designated area of ours). ✿ ID PROOF : As per government norms we request guests to submit an ID proof photo (front and back) after booking confirmation. ✿ ACCESSIBILITY: The unit is located at the Ground Floorin an individual house ✿ FOOD: Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato/ Kumari Foodie - deliver at the house or you can use the fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals. (Guests are requested to wash the utensils after use.) . If you Need any Food Inform us Before 2 hours, We can Cook for you both Veg/NonVeg ( Menu will be Shared on Messenger ) ✿ AIRCONDITIONER : There is spilt AC provided in the Two bedroom ( Both Room has individual Air Conditioner of 1 Ton Each ) ✿ CLEANING : We provide cleaning services based upon request and charged exclusively at Rs 200 per day.
