The space The room is inside our apartment and has a comfortable double bed, a closet and a beautiful view of the city. Linens, blankets, and towels are included. It is also equipped with a 42”TV where you can enjoy cable and Netflix to watch your favorite movies or series. We offer high speed internet (70Mbps+) so you can connect your devices and browse smoothly. Right in front of the room you will find a modern private bathroom. The bathroom has a hot water in a shower and a washing with a beautiful mirror. We understand the importance of privacy so we also give you the keys to the room door, this will give you peace of mind knowing that only you will have access to your private space. Our location in zone 7 is excellent, we are in a complex of new apartment buildings with gym and coworking. We are also less than 5 minutes from Majadas, Miraflores Mall, Peri-Roosevelt, Walmart and several restaurants. Guest access The living room and dining room are common areas of our apartment; in the kitchen you can drink pure water, use the dishwasher, microwave and make coffee. During your stay It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our apartment. You'll have complete independence and privacy, but I'm fully available if you need me to help you.
