Room in former Priory

Welcome to this former 16th century Priory, completely renovated in 2020, in the village of Espenel. The house is in a very quiet hamlet of 3 houses, in the middle of the vineyards cultivated ORGANICALLY for the famous Clairette de Die! Your room is on the 2nd floor as well as the bathroom (bath) and toilet, both of which are reserved for you. I live on the 1st floor, the entrance is shared and you pass through the common areas to reach your room. The space The house is in a very quiet hamlet of 3 houses, in the middle of the vineyards cultivated organically for the famous Clairette de Die! I have 2 cats, which never enter the guest room. I live on the 1st floor and you will be on the 2nd floor. You have to go through the living room/kitchen to get to your room. Your room has a 160 x 200 bed (new quality bedding), a walk-in closet, a small desk as well as a kettle and tea and coffee. Linens and towels are provided. There is a large terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy a sunset aperitif! Guest access You will have a private room on the 2nd floor. The bathroom with bathtub and toilet is just for you. I have all amenities in my private space. You will have access to the kitchen to prepare your breakfast or a meal, with schedules to be respected. You have access to the refrigerator. During your stay I am a winegrower and therefore work in the nearby vineyards. I will never be far away and always reachable! Other things to note For one night, sheets and towels are not provided. Hangar that can accommodate motorcycles. Closed garage that can accommodate bicycles. River access on foot in 5 min. Cooler loan. Possibility of having breakfast prepared by me for an extra charge (€5 per person). For one night, linens and towels are not provided.
