Private room in the heart of the city

I offer a private room for one person, in my apartment. You will have a wardrobe and desk in your room. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom! Ideally located accommodation: 10-minute walk to the SNCF train station, and 10-minute walk to one of the main squares of Rouen: Place du Vieux Marché. Teor stop 5-minute walk Many nearby businesses: bakery, pharmacy, Carrefour Market, pizzeria. Guest access You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room! I will sometimes be present, with my partner, and sometimes you will be alone in the apartment! During your stay When booking, please let me know when you plan on arriving! The keys will be delivered by hand, at the end of the day! For any other time, please contact me before booking to see what arrangements can be made! Other things to note If the apartment is bright with an unobstructed view, you will still need to climb the 4 floors to enjoy it, as the building is not equipped with an elevator! For people arriving by car, it is possible to park for free in certain streets that I will indicate to you, but depending on the time of arrival, it is not always easy to find a space!
