Electric, water and check-out cleaning are paid separately at check-out. Around 4-5,000 baht per month. We also collect security deposit at check-in. Please check it with us. Other things to note We collect security deposit upon arrival by AirBnb link (online payment) 15,000 baht which is refunded back at check-out after deduct electric & water costs.
