Belissíma beach house 350 meters from the Balneário/Praia de Pernambuco, near the Hotel/Shopping Jequitimar. It has 8 bedrooms, 6 of which are suites to accommodate up to 22 guests (including children). All rooms have Air Conditioning and TV. Leisure area with SOLAR heated pool, (DOES NOT HAVE A SAUNA, IT IS DISABLED FOR REASONS OF FORCE MAJEURE) barbecue, stove, refrigerator and brewery; being a great space to enjoy. The garage holds up to 6 cars, and the beach is less than 2 blocks from the house. The space With a differential of vacation homes, here you have: - Housekeepers who live nearby with availability to clarify any doubts; - Full kitchen with all utensils; -Microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, blender and water purifier, cooktops and freezer. - Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet; -In the Recreation Area, there are comfortable loungers and sun chairs, and an umbrella inside the pool for the greatest comfort; -There are showers scattered around the house. -With electronic gate and surveillance cameras for added guest safety -It's a prime neighborhood, no noise and luxury homes - We provide simple bed linens as in the photos (elastic sheet, bedspread and bedspread pillowcases). - We suggest bringing a blanket if it's cold. - We do not provide towels, neither bath nor pool towels. Take the one for personal use. - NO SOUND WITH DJ, BANDS, ETC. (NOT BEFORE OR AFTER 10 P.M.) NORMAL LOUD SOUND IS ALSO PROHIBITED. - ONLY AMBIENT SOUND IS ALLOWED, BOTH DURING THE DAY AND AT NIGHT! - WE DON'T HAVE A SPEAKER.
