Studio Stefano is located just 15 minutes away on foot from the Como historic center. It has an AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large private Patio. It is nestled in a safe and peaceful condominium setting—that is close to a supermarket, bus stop, train station and a large parking garage. Free street parking too. Note that there is a train track nearby the house, however sound is almost completely blocked out when the window/shutters are shut. Trains do not run during the night. The space In the living area there is a fixed bed and a sofa bed. Both are size 140X190 CM. Even though the apartment can fit 4 people, only 3 are allowed per reservation, due to local regulation.
