The open-concept kitchen and living room area are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring with a desk for any of your work needs. This is located in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The space This is a cozy & fully functional 28.9 sqm. 1BR home in Regatta Residences San Juan designed tastefully to suit both business & leisure travelers. Our homes offer the best of both work & leisure essentials. This home offers: ✓ Worry-free SELF-CHECK-IN which we will arrange for you. ✓ One-time complimentary set-up of 2 toilet paper rolls, 1L bottled mineral water & 2 bags of locally sourced drip coffee with 4 packs of sugar & cream which you may freshly brew using our gooseneck kettle. ✓ Sleep on a Queen Bed on the frame with generous pillows, fresh sheets & throw. ✓ Enjoy unlimited WiFi with speeds of up to 60 Mbps. ✓ Binge-watch shows on NETFLIX from our TV. ✓ Prepare your meals with our useful range of kitchen appliances, wares & utensils (basic cooking only). ✓ Plates & silverware are also of top-notch quality. ✓ Relish thoughtful bathroom amenities (body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body & hand towels), slippers, hairdryer & warm bath. ✓ Conveniently charge your devices through charging ports near the bed. Extension wires & adapters are also provided. ✓ Self & full-service laundry shops are available in the area. Use our flat iron & board for do-it-yourself pressing. For long stays (min. of 20 days): —You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once. This is to ensure that your home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. —Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed ₱3,000 per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost. Guest access Amenities: •There's no pool or gym in the building Garbage Disposal: •The garbage room is located on the same floor as the unit. It's located at the fire exit. From the unit, just turn left. You'll see the fire exit. Parking: •There's no pay parking in the building. The nearby pay parking options are in Santolan Town Plaza or Mcdo, both within walking distance. Extra Cleaning: •If you require extra cleaning, please inform us in advance so we can check our caretaker’s availability. •A cleaning fee of 1,000 PHP applies, covering labor, laundry costs, and the replacement of linens and towels. Other things to note Guest Pass & Check-In Requirements To ensure a smooth check-in, please note the following: ID Submission: All guests must submit a copy of their valid ID at least one day before arrival for admin approval. This is a building requirement, so we must comply. No approved guest pass = No entry. Late submissions may delay your check-in process. To avoid any issues, please send your ID as early as possible. Upon Arrival: • Present your ID at the lobby. • Log your details in the online guest system or physical logbook. • Once verified, you'll be allowed to proceed to the unit. --------------------------------------------------- Check-In & Check-Out: •Self-check-in & checkout via a lockbox. •Full check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Fees (subject to approval & based on availability): •First 2 hours: ₱1,500 •Beyond 2 hours: Full nightly rate Note: The nightly rate only covers 2 guests.
