The church house
Description
Stone village house renovated in 2021, bright and atypical, attached to the church. With front terrace and back courtyard. All on the first floor, including exteriors. In the heart of a very pretty stone village, quiet with hiking trails, goat farm, surrounding markets, character villages, Ardèche and Cèze rivers (canoe). Located south of Ardèche/north of Gard. No wifi but 4 and 5G. Sheets and towels included. There is a surveillance camera outside (terrace, but not the courtyard). The space 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 open living room/kitchen/dining room. NO WIFI. Good 4Get 5G. A front terrace, a back courtyard (north side, cool in summer) with dining table and sitting area. A TV screen in the bedroom can be connected to your computer via HDMI to watch a movie from the bed. There is a surveillance camera outside, it shows the entrance in case of movement (top of the stairs). You have your privacy on the backyard side. Coffee machines: Italian and Delonghi espresso perco (EC221.B) = bring your ground coffee in bulk. Unnecessary pods. Linens provided: 1 hand towel per person, 1 bath mat, 2 kitchen towels. (+1 living room plaid in cool season) NO SHOPS IN THE VILLAGE (a goat farm that sells cheese and local products). Bakery, tobacco and supermarket 7 minutes by car, in the next village. It is advisable to shop in town before finishing your trip. ATM, supermarket, pharmacy 20 minutes by car (Barjac and/or Pont-Saint-Esprit). Pont d'Arc and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc are 24 km away. CAVES nearby: Aven d'Orgnac, Grand Site de France (8 km) Chauvet II Cave (28 km) Château de Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche (17 km) Cocalière Cave (34 km) Salamander Cave (28 km) Aven de la Forestière (11 km) Guest access All these spaces are just for you during your stay: terrace, courtyard, living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet. Please bring your tea/coffee. Ground coffee for Italian coffee maker/Perco espresso. Linens provided: 1 hand towel per person, 1 bath mat, 2 kitchen towels, sheets and pillowcases. (+ 1 plaid in the living room in cool season). Other things to note NB: the church bell also rings at night. Unless you have trouble sleeping and/or sleep with the windows open, it shouldn't wake you up. There is a surveillance camera outside, it shows the entrance in case of movement (top of the stairs). You have your privacy on the backyard side.
