The space Welcome to Boho Oasis Villa, our unique boho-style home, a traditional yet modern retreat near Athens airport! This residence offers a wealth of amenities to make your stay memorable. Relax in your private pool, with a spacious 400 sqm outdoor area for private enjoyment. Answer the sun's call on the poufs and the poolside lounge. The interior of the 80 sqm house consists of two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, while the sofa in the common area turns into an extra bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, while the fireplace offers an atmospheric option for relaxation and enjoyment. This house exudes the authentic feel of boho style, with warm colors, natural materials and ethnic aesthetics that enhance the eternal combination of old and new. Every corner expresses freedom and creativity, inviting guests to discover tradition and culture with a modern perspective. Highlighting its proximity to the airport, this house offers an easier option for travelers looking for convenient access. With just a 6-minute drive, guests can leave the stress of travel behind and immediately enjoy the privileged location of this unique retreat. Our location is ideal, with easy access to the airport, the center of Athens, the port of Rafina and the beaches. Near the house, you will also find many activities and attractions to enjoy, such as markets, water slides and a sports park. In addition, it is close to well-known points of interest such as Mc Arthur and Attica Zoo, offering a wide range of options for fun and entertainment. Boho Oasis Villa also offers private parking for up to three cars in the poolside area, for comfortable and safe parking. In addition, the pool is available for use 24 hours a day, at your own risk, and parental supervision is required if there are children under 12 years old. Pool towels are also provided from mid-April to mid-October, depending of course on the weather. This means that if we are asked at any other time of the year, of course, we will provide them. Quiet hours are from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 7:00 as there are other separate houses in the back that may be disturbed and it is good to respect them! We want to let you know that our house is located at the 2nd kilometer of Spata-Pikermi Avenue, just 6 minutes by car from the airport without tolls. It is also only a 3-minute drive from the Rafina exit of Attiki Odos. It is also just a 2-minute drive from the center of Spata and 2 minutes from the center of Pikermi. It's not a convenient location if you don't have a car or a taxi. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this place with you. A car can be arranged for your travels throughout Greece upon request and extra charge, if available. Ask us about it! Other things to note The house has an alarm system and after your reservation you will be sent photos and videos to watch and understand its operation and its codes. Also, there is a camera only outside the garage door for the safety of all of us. I emphasize that only outside the entire house there is a camera that records anyone entering and leaving for security reasons. The maintenance of the pool is done entirely by us, and we may need to consult with you to come and maintain it. This applies to bookings over 5 days during the summer months. Do not enter the pool with sunscreen as the water may become cloudy. Take a shower before using it. At home there are individual body & shower gel and conditioner, in bookings of many days you will need to have your own items for your bathroom!! In the sink cabinet in the toilet there is detergent and fabric softener for your washing machine. In the cabinets in the furniture in the hallway of the apartment you will find toys for young and old to spend your time pleasantly. Please keep them clean and put them back in the cabinets for the next guests. In the kitchen cabinets there are plates and glasses for water, wine, and cups for tea and coffee. On the balcony to the right there is a clothesline to hang your clothes after the washing machine. In the closet of the room on the left there is an iron and ironing board for your clothes.
