Master bedroom features a King Size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has two single beds. An additional temporary bed can be made available on request if needed. Other things to note Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out time is by 11am on the day of your departure. The caravan has a free private car parking space to the right of the property. There are more large car parks near reception and the restaurant which you can use if required. The bar and restaurant is open seven days a week and usually has entertainment on weekends. There is an ice cream parlour selling Cornwall and Blyton ice cream. There is also a launderette. The site has excellent motorway links. You can easily reach Doncaster, Hull, Leeds, Sheffield, York, Lincoln. Scunthorpe and Doncaster are the closest places for retail shopping. The many fishing lakes on site are stocked with carp, tench, pike, perch, catfish and more. Night fishing is also available in some locations. Licences are required and you will also need to visit reception to purchase a permit. All lakes are within walking distance from 17 Fir Trees and the closest one is 15 metres from the caravan.
