Beautiful 2/2 Bungalow Close to Downtown!

Charming 1920's bungalow located 3 miles from downtown Tampa in historic Seminole Heights. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home on quiet street steps from restaurants, coffee shops and bars, 2.5 blocks to riverfront parks, and close to everything else Tampa has to offer. -2.5 miles to Armature Works/Tampa Riverwalk -9.7 miles/15 mins to Tampa International Airport -3.9 miles to Raymond James Stadium -6 miles to Busch Gardens -4.5 miles to Florida Aquarium & Sparkman Wharf -1.9 miles to Lowry Park Zoo The space Within this approximately 940 sq ft 2 two-story 1920's bungalow you will enjoy two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central a/c and heat, a wrap around front porch, walkability to cafes and restaurants, and convenient location to everything else Tampa has to offer. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by the living space with original hardwoods (no shoes to protect my babies please) and 65'' smart tv. The cozy living room and dining room are next to the kitchen furnished with all the kitchen essentials including a full fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, and dishes. The cozy dining room has seating for 4 guests. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king sized bed, a walk-in closet, and bathroom with shower (no tub upstairs). The primary bedroom is also furnished with a dresser and 43'' 4k Ultra Roku tv. The second bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. The second bedroom is very small but includes a queen-sized bed, 20'' tv, a small dresser, small closet, and ceiling fan. There is a window unit for air conditioning in this bedroom for when the door is closed (no vent for central a/c is available in this bedroom). Guests are also provided with botanical shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (100% cruelty, sulfate & paraben free). There is a private entrance monitored by exterior camera for safety. Parking for the bungalow is located in front of the main house (right side of driveway). This parking location is also monitored by security camera. There is room for two vehicles. If you believe you will have additional vehicles please let me know. The left side of the driveway (one space) is reserved for the apartment/guest house. The guest house is accessed at the end of the driveway and detached (by approximately 5 feet) from the bungalow. The guest house has a separate entrance. The laundry shed is accessed via the backyard (far side the the detached garage apartment) and is shared with the guests in apartment (split by days of the week, details shared after booking). Please note that the stairs to go upstairs are irregular/steep due to the home being 100 years old. Please be careful while walking up the stairs. Guests over 6 ft please watch your head at one point while traveling up the stairs! Guest access The laundry shed is available for bungalow guests on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The laundry shed can be accessed by entering the wooden gate to the right of the garage apartment (when looking at the garage door go right), after entering the wooden gate you will see the laundry shed entrance on your left! The parking for the bungalow is the right side of driveway in front of home (space for two vehicles). Other things to note All linens are guaranteed to be washed after each and every stay! Including large decorative pillow covers, duvets, duvet inserts, mats, etc.! No events, loud music, or smoking of any kind. The neighbors are quite friendly and the street is quiet during the day and evening but down the street is lively in the evening. You can sometimes hear music from surrounding restaurants and bars from outside the home or while enjoying the back patio in the evening (but not from inside the home). A neighbor seems to experience some verbal repetitive ticks on occasion. You may hear this when walking up the driveway but I have not been able to hear from inside the bungalow or apartment. He is very nice and these ticks are infrequent but may hear repetitive noises while outside.
