Close to shopping, restaurants, fitness facilities and movie theatres. Absolutely clean/spotless! Your host is a perfectionist! The space Two story home with a Private fully furnished basement boasting an Illuminated house address for locating ease! Parking for one vehicle and plug in for EV vehicles. Guest access Large private space in basement. Accessed through the east side door of the home that has a code for entrance. Guests need to walk down a set of stairs to access the suite. Professional directional signs and motion sensor lighting guides guests from their entrance door all the way to their Sweet Dreams Suite. During your stay Garry/Sandra or Co-host Carol normally on site to greet guests depending on the time of your arrival. Other things to note Cable available to charge your cell phone. Includes Freezer, Air Fryer, Hot Plate, Emergency & lighting at the entrance of the suite. There is also a battery powered generator available for use in case of power outage. Guests may hear movement above on the main floor.
