Hi, We rent 4 shared rooms in the heart of the Saint Marceau district. The apartment has just been fully renovated. The minimum rental period is one month. Free parking is available at the foot of the residence and tram A is a 2-minute walk away. The university, the Orleans University Hospital and the city center are a few minutes away by transport. Other things to note Sheets, bath towels, dish towels and toiletries are not provided. You need to provide a 220 x 240 cm duvet cover and a 140 x 190 cm fitted sheet.
