I am located just 1 mile from the M1, and a 10 min drive to the M62. Its a 5 min drive from the Town centre, and just a 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. I have 3 cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Sorry breakfast is not provided. Please expect the cleanliness of a home not a hotel. The space Your room is accessible from the front door, the bathroom is right next door to your room, and is shared with myself. To access the kitchen you will need to walk through the living room. Guest access Access property through front door. Your room is the door on the left at the top of the stairs, opposite the landing window. The bathroom is just next door. You are welcome to use the kitchen, all I ask is that you clean and tidy up after yourself. This applies in all areas used.
