Throughout the rental our party does not come to pack and wash (the tenant needs to make sure the premises are always clean and tidy) 2. Make sure the pool is not dirty (please wear a swimsuit that does not absorb water such as jersey/spandex etc. *T-shirts (cotton), batik fabric and other cotton clothing* can cause the water to become cloudy - chlorine reaction) *No floats available* please bring them for the kids (adult pool only) 3. Please turn the waterfall ON while bathing and before checking out (leave the room and let the waterfall function/on) 4. Save and keep any homestay equipment safe. 5. Do not bring guests in and out and use the homestay facilities. 6. Late check-outs are charged RM30/hour. 7. No making noise, karaoke and using speakers (beware of complaints from neighbors) 8. *PLEASE EMPTY THE POOL BEFORE 11:30 AM (before c/out)* ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED Please cooperate and THANK YOU
