The 180-square-metre villa, spread over two levels, offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, there is a private swimming pool, a hot tub, and a 6,000-square-metre garden with a barbecue, sun loungers and seating areas. The consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the accommodation.
