Villa Kalia Luxury is located in Aradeo, in the heart of Salento, about 20 minutes from Santa Maria al Bagno, Santa Caterina and Gallipoli. The 180 m² villa is arranged over two levels and offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside are a private pool, Jacuzzi, 6,000 m² garden, barbecue, sun loungers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private parking. The owners’ two dogs live in a separate, fenced area. The space Spacious outdoor area covering over 6,000 m². Guest access Completely private property. Other things to note SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: * Bed linen and towels The initial supply is optional and is available at an additional one-time cost of €15 per person. Guests who require this service are kindly requested to inform the property before arrival. * Linen change Available upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person. * Pets Pets are welcome at our villa and are subject to an additional charge. Their presence must be declared at the time of booking. Any pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or may result in an additional charge being requested on site. * Electric vehicle charging Charging electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the sockets inside the accommodation or in the communal areas is strictly prohibited, as they are not designed for this purpose. The utilities included in the stay cover only the normal use of the accommodation. Any unauthorised charging will result in the loss of the security deposit and the guest being charged the full cost of any damage caused to the electrical system.
