Two bedrooms/ sleeps 8 people. Master has king bed. The 2nd room has full bed. Day bed (In living room) sleeps two at top/two at the bottom. A fold out bed is a twin/available upon request ONLY. Home has plenty of outside space for parking/small gatherings. NO IN TOWN GUEST ALLOWED. I do have a noise device and it does alarm me if the noise is too loud for my neighbors. It does not record voices at all. Outside cameras CAN NOT BE UNPLUGGED. If cameras are unplugged, your stay will automatically be terminated with ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND
