Queenstown getaway close to town

This cosy but spacious studio unit provides a great base to explore what Queenstown has to offer. Located in the suburb of Fernhill/Sunshine Bay it is surrounded by beautiful Lake and Moutain Views and only a short car or bus ride or 30-minute walk into the hustle and bustle of Queenstown. The unit itself is located at the back of the main home, however has it's own entrance and complete private space. It comes with all the necessities for a relaxing weekend away from home. The space The guest house is a studio unit with an open plan room which has a King bed, an area to sit and watch TV and a kitchenette. There is an outside patio where you can sit and relax in a bean-bag if you don’t mind that you may see us walking past to get to our front door. Guest access You have the guest house to yourself, the outside area in front of it if you like and if you would like to do washing and drying- let us know and we will show you the shared laundry which is outside adjacent to the guesthouse. Other things to note Please note the guest house has a kitchenette which means there is no oven or stove to cook food. Pets- We are open to this depending on the pet, however it has to be arranged with us prior to you booking please.
