In the living room you will have reclining chairs to rest while you enjoy TV and air conditioning in this common area. The space We have two rooms, both with air conditioning. The main room has a comfortable King bed and a 50' inch TV. In the living room you have three reclining seats, a 43” inch television and, like in the main room, more than 200 channels. Throughout the residence you will have high-speed internet. The kitchen has a gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, sink, full refrigerator and a two-seater breakfast bar. We will have coffee, sugar and salt available for greater convenience if you want to prepare some foods. In the bathroom you will have hot water, towels, toilet paper, shower gel available. We would love for you to visit us and get to know our warm old house in the heart of David, Chiriquí Guest access The accommodation is entered through a large common gate since on the property's grounds there are single-family apartments, the owners' residence and two commercial premises, one of which is a beauty salon; all separated by a large space of land. In the residence where you will stay you will have free access to all the rooms, you will have parking in the residence and a pleasant terrace with many plants. At the back you will have access to a private outdoor laundry, with a washing machine and clothesline. Other things to note The property is located literally in the heart of the City of David, steps from the Keny Serracín Baseball Stadium and a few minutes from the most important shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants in the City of David. The area is very safe and the entire perimeter is fenced, the house has security gates and doors. If you travel with a pet they are welcome! Don't forget to process the additional charge per pet ($30.00), a percentage of which we send to a foundation dedicated to animal rescue. Our limit is one pet, but you can contact us to evaluate the availability of receiving an additional one.
