Klevane Berget

In this fresh and spacious house just north of the community, the whole family can fit in to celebrate the holidays. Rent with friends, the larger family or treat yourselves to having the whole house to yourselves. Here you can enjoy swimming in the hot tub, sunbathing on the sofa or sunbed on the terrace, summer evenings with barbecue in the sunset overlooking the fields, swimming in the lake a short walk away, mushroom and berry picking in the forest around the house or just the silence and the lovely birdsong. The space The house consists of a spacious hall on the ground floor, a walk-through room with a sofa bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, living room with sofa bed and exit to a large terrace in a southwest location and a spacious kitchen with space for 6-9 people. A high chair is available. Upstairs there are two halls with entrances to the three large bedrooms. There is a room with a double bed and crib, a room with a 120 cm wide bed, sofa and desk and a bedroom with two single beds. The balcony has a dining table with 6 chairs, two extra chairs are available inside the pool house, two sun beds, a gas grill, parasol and a lounge group with tables. In the garden, you are welcome to pick berries and play kubb. Adjacent to the terrace and garden is a pool house with a hot tub for 4 people. Around the house there are meadows and forests and a short walk from the house is Klevane-tjärn, a beautiful mountain lake with a small swimming area. For sandy beaches, there are several other child-friendly swimming areas to visit around Årjäng. The house is located 4 km north of the village where all the amenities you want are available: grocery stores, café, restaurants, other shops, pharmacy, liquor store, library, cinema, bowling, swimming pool and soccer field. Årjäng's beautiful harness racing track is located just east of the community and a few more kilometers east along the E18 is Årjäng's popular golf course. At Sommarvik's 5-star campsite, southeast of the community, there is mini golf, outdoor pools and a restaurant for those who wish to make a visit there. Töcksfors shopping center is about 20 km west along the E18. Guest access As a guest, you have access to use what's in the house, with care. Wi-Fi is available and TV can be viewed through Chromecast. The house must be cleaned before departure: Kitchen and bathroom surfaces should be wiped, all floors vacuumed and mopped. If the washing machine or grill has been used, these must be cleaned. If final cleaning is requested by the host, it costs SEK 1,500 and is paid before departure. If you want to rent sheets and towels, it costs an extra SEK 250 per person. Welcome to Berget!
