This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends. The space Consisting of a large living room in 2 parts: a dining area with kitchenette, table, chairs and occasional furniture - a sleeping area with 2 real comfortable 140 x 190 beds, 1 of which is in the mezzanine. So a sleeping arrangement for 2 adults and ideally 2 children. This large, very bright room has 2 windows and a sliding bay window with curtains and blinds. The sliding bay window opens onto a beautiful 5 m2 balcony where you will find an additional table and chairs for sunny breakfasts (east-facing) or any other moment of relaxation in the great outdoors without leaving home. The apartment also has a bathroom with sink, bathtub and showerhead, toilet, large mirror and storage. The rooms are distributed from a hallway with a large closet with storage for the bedding provided, board games, and the 150 L hot water tank for unlimited showers! The kitchenette has all the modern elements, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc... as well as an abundant set of dishes and kitchen accessories. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment and amenities located in the basement: bike garages, sorting bins, and a cellar of approximately 2 m2 (upon request only). Other things to note This place allows you to do everything on foot: the zoo, the beach, the shops and restaurants, the attractions... For hikes, La Palmyre has a unique network of 40 km of bike paths just in the commune. The building has two bike rooms in the basement. Bikes that you can rent nearby or bring with you. Think about locks. A private cellar can be associated with the accommodation (on request only).
