This unit is fully self contained and fresh. It has its own laundry, shower and kitchen. We live upstairs and we are a very quiet family. The property is surround by tall bamboo. Me and my husband are out most days and occasionally work from home. This is a non smoking premises and no pets allowed. Maximum of 2 guests only, There is no wifi . A relaxing place to stay 😊 The space The room is spacious with one double bed and a day bed. I normally do yard cleaning on the weekend. You will see me blowing dry leaves with very low noise blower 1 hour max.. The property is off a secondary residential street and house is 40meters from street front. We don’t allow other people to stay on your behalf if you cancel your trip. This is for security reason. Wifi is not available. Guest access You have your own access to the unit and exclusive use of the Gazebo. Gazebo has seating and you are welcome to pick veggies if in season. Your parking is in front of the garage and if you prefer to park on the side of the houses, please let me know. We don’t allow other people to stay on your behalf if you cancel your trip. This is for security reason. There is only one AC which can cool the whole unit. 3 ceiling fans also available.
