Relax in my peaceful home in Greater Bristol, 43 bus direct to city centre, plus routes to Parkway station, Bath and Keynsham. Quick access to the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Bath and Wells. Unrestricted on-street parking . Sainsbury's local 1 minute walk away, and Kingswood Park. I am currently only taking female guests for comfort and safety. I have a young kitten so need guests to be mindful of keeping her in. I suffer with cat allergies but she is a breed that affects allergy sufferers less. The space The lounge has a corner sofa and armchair, with a fireplace (decorative only). There is a good size TV. The dining room is separate and has views onto the garden. It has a small desk working space and a reading chair. There is an under stairs pantry, and fridge/freezer in the kitchen alongside the usual crockery, electric oven with gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The bedroom is furnished simply to maximise its practical use. Guest access All spaces are communal aside from the additional bedrooms. Other things to note The house is 3 bedrooms, there is one other lodger. I work in conservation so I follow ‘no now may’ and so the garden in summer is long grass and wildflowers for the pollinators 🐝 There is also a wildlife pond at the bottom. Female guests only please for comfort and safety.
