Located within the heart of San Diego, this cozy getaway offers a perfect blend of relaxation and easy living. The space We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in our 3 bedrooms and we have a pull out sofa bed (queen size) in the living room for an additional 2 guests. The sleeper sofa bed can comfortably fit two children but may feel a bit tight for two adults. Total of 8 maximum guests. Beyond the number of guests you include in your reservation, we will have to charge an additional fee of $50 per person, per night. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and will gain access via a smart-lock, keyless entry. Swim at own risk. - No smoking of ANY KIND inside / outside of property ($1000 Penalty). - No parties / events. - No extra / overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation. There will be an additional fee of $50 per person/per night beyond the total number of guests included in your reservation. - No pets. POOL & HOT TUB **Pool and hot tub maintenance services weekly for 15 minutes on Tuesdays. They typically arrive between 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.** When using the pool and hot tub at our property, we kindly ask you to keep and leave them in the same condition as it was once you arrived. After you leave, if for any reason we must arrange a pool/hot tub cleaner to come and clean due to trash or any sort of damage, you could be subject to an automatic $1000 fine, depending on the type of the damage. Also, due to proximity to trees, there will be some leaves that fall on the pool. Feel free to use the skimmer. The pool and hot tub can both be heated. If you would like the pool and/or hot tub heated upon arrival, please let me know. An additional $50 / day will be charged as a pool heating fee and an additional $25 / day will be charged as a hot tub heating fee. It is vital that you DO NOT TOUCH the pool equipment in the back garden as it will easily break and become unusable for your stay.
