Delightful cottage in the Ribble Valley The space A delightful period cottage nestled on the edge of the Ribble Valley, Church View Cottage, overlooking the beautiful historic village church is the perfect escape to the countryside with many walks and cycling routes nearby. Gisburn, a pretty village boasting an award winning Italian restaurant*, deli café and pub is conveniently situated only 7 miles from Clitheroe and 10 miles from Skipton. These beautiful market towns are steeped in history and offer many quality independent shops, restaurants and bars. Situated on the A59, the cottage is a perfect base for visiting many popular destinations such as the Yorkshire Dales, Bolton Abbey, the Three Peaks, the Ribble Valley and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Recently renovated with quality and comfort in mind, Church View will welcome you with open arms. On the ground floor, Church View Cottage offers a lounge/dining area with open fire, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a very comfortable King-size bed from the Yorkshire bedmakers, Harrison Spinks along with hanging space, dressing table and phone charging bedside lamps. A white noise machine is also provided to aid a restful nights sleep. The second bedroom has a single bed with fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The stylish bathroom has a bath with shower over. Outdoors: enclosed courtyard, spacious enclosed garden and a parking space. * La Locanda - booking early is essential Guest access Please note - there are several steps to the property and steep steps up to the garden. Other things to note The road outside the cottage can be busy at times, however, I have recently installed an additional internal glazing panel in the front bedroom to soundproof it. There is an EV charger available - additional charge to cover the cost of electricity used. Please let me know in advance if possible, so I can ensure availability.
