Do you want a home that combines old-world charm with modern comforts? My home dates from the early 20th century and has been completely renovated . The decoration, heathered, evolves over time. Located at the gates of Paris and close to all amenities: 140 meters from the city center, 800 meters from metro line 14, 500 meters from RER B, 220 meters from bus 57, 190 meters from bus 125,350 meters Vélib station. Welcome! The space My home is designed as a haven of peace where every occupant enjoys a comfortable and secluded living space. Perfectly maintained, I try to make it welcoming for your arrival. So linen and products (toilet, table, kitchen) are provided and beds made upon your arrival. You will also find all the food that everyone usually has in stock at home (to be used reasonably...). I take special care in the decoration by mixing the eras: 1930s, 50s and modern (Bolia, La Maison Caravane, Sarah Lavoine). Some elements are unique and they all have sentimental value. Also I am grateful not to behave like in a hotel or a professional cottage but to be mindful of my belongings as when you are staying with friends or just staying at your place! It's very easy to park on the street in front of the house. Parking is for a fee (7 euros for 5 hours to renew) and free in August The house is composed as follows: Spacious entrance with a very large closet that serves: - a 14 m2 bedroom equipped with its shower room, 140 bed, storage closet - a separate toilet - a 15m2 bedroom with its shower room, 140x200 bed, sports equipment (weight, pull bar, yoga mat) - a laundry room in which you will have access to the washing machine, dryer, cleaning products as well as an ironing table and an iron Via a staircase you access the 1st floor which is equipped with: - a large living room of 40 m2 composed of a modern kitchen (attention there is no microwave, by conviction!), the living room with a very comfortable sofa (which does not serve as a bed!), the ideal dining room for 6 guests. - a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a BBQ so as not to inconvenience the neighbors but cigarette break is allowed if you close the window and window. - one bedroom, queen bed, closet, dresser - a shower room - Toilet The materials used: hardwood, waxed concrete, cement tiles are fragile and require special maintenance.
