Do you want a place to stay that combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern? My house dates from the early 20th century and has been completely renovated. The antique decor evolves over time. Atypical with its veranda, it is a bath of light. Located at the edge of Paris and close to all amenities: 140 meters from the city center, 800 meters from metro line 14, 500 meters from RER B, 220 meters from bus 57, 190 meters from bus 125, 350 meters from Vélib' station. Welcome! The space My house is designed as a haven of peace where each occupant enjoys a comfortable and isolated living space. Perfectly maintained, I strive to make it welcoming for your arrival. Thus linen and products (toiletries, tableware, kitchenware) are provided and beds made upon arrival. There are also all the food items that everyone usually has in stock at home (to be used reasonably...). I take special care of the decoration by mixing the eras: 30s, 50s and modern (Bolia, La Maison Caravane, Sarah Lavoine). Some elements are unique and they all have sentimental value. So I am grateful if you don't behave like in a hotel or a professional cottage but pay attention to my things as when you stay with friends or just at home! It's very easy to park on the street in front of the house. Parking is paid (7 euros for 5 hours to be renewed) and free in August The house consists of the following: Spacious entrance with a very large closet that serves: - a 14 m2 bedroom equipped with its shower room, 140 cm bed, storage closet - a separate toilet - a 15 m2 bedroom with its shower room, 140 x 200 bed, sports equipment (weights, pull-up bar, yoga mat) - a laundry room in which you will have access to the washing machine, dryer, household products as well as an ironing board and iron Via a staircase you access the 1st floor which is equipped with: - a large living room of 40 m2 composed of a modern kitchen (note that there is no microwave, by conviction!), a living room with a very comfortable sofa (which does not serve as a bed!), and a dining room ideal for 6 guests. - a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is no BBQ so as not to disturb the neighbors but a cigarette break is allowed if you close the bay window and the window. - one bedroom, queen size bed, closet, dresser - a shower room - a toilet The materials used: parquet, waxed concrete, cement tiles are fragile and require special maintenance. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except for a room that will be locked with our personal belongings. The terrace will be available for your use.
