The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 Suite with a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning; - 1 Bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan;- Living room with sofa and flat-screen Smart TV; - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining room with table and 4 chairs; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - 24.8Mbs Wi-Fi available; - 1 parking space (1000x3.80). * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half a cleaning fee.
