Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located space, 3 km from the Medina of Hammamet and 300 meters from the sea and 300 meters from all the main shops such as a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, greengrocer, butcher, and gas station. The space Barbecues can be held outside, but only on the patio and not using the kitchen. Please note that you do not have the entire villa at your disposal but rent a suite room called Capri, with a shower in the room. The patio, balcony and living room will be shared with any other occupants. Cooking is not allowed inside, but there is an outdoor cooking area on the patio. Breakfast is included in the price. Guest access Via key box or lock box after 10 p.m. Other things to note There is a private, uncovered parking lot in the building with an extra charge of 4 dollars or 11 Tunisian dinars per day for cars, 2 dollars for motorcycles, and 1 dollar for bicycles.
