Nestled in a hamlet of a few houses at the bottom of the valley in Pays de Salers: relaxation, tranquility and greenery guaranteed. Single-story house with fully equipped kitchen, shower room with toilet, living room with TV area and fireplace, veranda (billiards, sofa, darts), Wi-Fi, children's games. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8): Bedroom 1: double bed, Bedroom 2: double bed, Bedroom 3: 4 single beds (2x2 bunk beds). The terrace and large garden are at your disposal with the essentials for pleasant moments outdoors (garden table, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, petanque balls). Garage: ideal for motorcyclists, cyclists, fishermen (storage for equipment and two-wheelers). Car parking in the driveway of the house, closed by a gate. Included in the rental price: bed linens, towels (1 kit per person), dish towels and household products. For babies, available on request: a baby cot/high chair/baby bath/bath seat/changing table/potty/toilet seat reducer. Pets allowed with supplement (50 Euros per stay/2 pets max).
