Located in the village of Morrisville, this 1893 Victorian has been restored but still retains all of the original charm and elegance of its original construction. Guests will enjoy their own space (1 party @ a time) on the 2nd floor of this house. one bedroom, full bath, living room with TV and piano, kitchenette, back deck, Private entrance and off-street parking. Our home is located at the juncture of routes 100 and 15, a 5-minute walk to downtown. Minutes from Stowe, 1 hour from Burlington. The space The space you rent includes a bedroom, living room, full private bathroom, a kitchenette with a sink and dishes, microwave, hotpot, and k-cup coffee maker (other options available), and a gorgeous back deck. You have your entrance, a porch swing, and off-street parking. Do you want to ski in more than just one ski area? Biking, kayaking, hiking, etc This is your central hub, Stowe, Smugglers Notch, Burke & Jay, Montpelier, Craftsbury Touring Center, or Trapps! Plentiful wildlife in the village, especially birds in the morning and evenings off the back deck area. Guest access Off-street parking with booking. Tesla charger available for fee. Guests enter through 1st floor front door on the Congress Street side and have the whole 2nd floor to themselves, including the living room with TV and piano, a full private bathroom, kitchenette, and deck. Piano is in the suite if you play, other games available Other things to note This is one of 2 rooms I rent out; only one is available at a time unless you have the notion of having a party of 5 on a wedding/ski/hiking excursion. If you have more guests than the bedrooms allow, please get in touch with me as I would like to work out the details with you and your party. Both are upstairs and have a full private bathroom; this room is perfect for couples or a single. I also have a small fridge, microwave, and hot pot. The other room is listed under " Victorian Village Suite"; it has one twin bed and one queen bed. There is also a futon in the living room available. Please respect that my home is a "shoeless" home; please bring slippers The piano is located upstairs. If you play, have at it :-) I have some well-traveled knowledge of the surrounding area.
