THE RESIDENCE With over 3500 square feet of living space, there’s room for everyone to relax and hangout together or find a cozy nook to do their own thing. The house is flooded with natural light with a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. There are multiple living and dining spaces to keep you entertained. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals including all the cooking dishes and utensils, basic spices, napkins, and dishes. During the warmer months, there are multiple farmstands nearby where you can pick up fresh ingredients for your creations. World famous Daiken Farms is just minutes away to get specialty items like maple syrup, cheeses, and meats. Each bedroom is equipped with green tea memory foam mattresses and organic cotton bedding. There is also a queen pullout out sofa and sofa with chaises that can be fitted out to be a double bed for extra sleeping. We have listed the house as sleeping 10, but if every available sleeping space is used it is more like 12. If you would like to have more than 10 guests, please reach out to us to discuss how we can make you comfortable and a small surcharge for extra adult guests. SAFETY The house is equipped with smoke, carbon monoxide alarms, and fire extinguishers. The driveway will be promptly plowed during the winter months when needed. During the warmer months, the property is mowed weekly. The pond on property is swimmable but we ask that children be supervised at all times when playing in and around the pond. There is no dock, so getting in and out of the water requires help from an adult. There are two wood-burning stoves and a gas fireplace in the house that are available for use. However, we kindly request that you reach out to us first so that we can provide instructions on how to safely operate them. Wood is available for purchase at $8 a bundle.
